In the joyful atmosphere of the early days of spring, the bright red color of the Vietnamese national flag once again appears throughout alleys and streets, contributing to the vibrant appearance of residential areas and inspiring national pride in every citizen. Joining that spirit, the Volunteer Spring Campaign 2026 continues to be implemented with many meaningful and practical activities, demonstrating the pioneering spirit and community responsibility of students. In response to the Volunteer Spring Campaign, Youth Union members and students from the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, Van Hien University, collaborated with the Medical Health Club and the Chinese Language Club of Van Hien University to organize the Volunteer Monday activity with the theme “Red Flag with Yellow Star.” The activity focused on hanging national flags and decorating residential alleys, contributing to spreading the image of spring associated with solidarity and social responsibility.

Throughout the implementation process, students actively coordinated with local residents to hang the flags properly, ensuring solemnity and aesthetic harmony. The red flags with yellow stars flying in the wind not only beautified the surroundings and brought the spirit of spring to every home, but also served as a sacred symbol of patriotism, revolutionary tradition, and faith in the country’s future development. Each flag raised carried a message reminding the younger generation to always remember the contributions of previous generations and to cherish the values of independence, freedom, and peace that we enjoy today.

The activity received enthusiastic support and positive responses from local residents. Many households expressed their happiness as the neighborhood was given a refreshed, vibrant appearance during the days leading up to Tet, thereby creating a warm, united, and compassionate spring atmosphere. The companionship of local residents served as a great source of encouragement, helping the activity proceed smoothly and achieve meaningful impact. Through the Volunteer Monday activity with the theme “Red Flag with Yellow Star,” the spirit of the Volunteer Spring Campaign 2026 continued to be affirmed through practical, familiar actions rich in humanitarian values. This was not only an opportunity for students to develop a sense of responsibility and teamwork but also a chance for the youth of Van Hien University to contribute to building a positive image of dynamic, enthusiastic students who are always ready to dedicate themselves to the community.
