Amid the festive atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn season, the “Em vui Trung thu – 2026” (“Joyful Mid-Autumn 2026”) program brought a warm, cheerful and meaningful festival night to children in Residential Quarter 21, Tân Sơn Nhất Ward. The program was organized by the Youth Union of the Faculty of International Languages and Culture – Van Hien University, in collaboration with Residential Quarter 21, Tân Sơn Nhất Ward, helping to spread the spirit of sharing, love and responsibility toward the community.
For a long time, Mid-Autumn has been associated not only with brilliant lanterns, festival drums and the moon-gazing feast, but also with an occasion for everyone to nurture good values of family reunion, love and connection. With this meaning in mind, the “Joyful Mid-Autumn 2026” festival night became a space for children to play, interact and enjoy memorable moments during this festive season.
The highlights of the program were lively, cheerful performances and a colorful Mid-Autumn lantern procession. The twinkling lanterns, blended with the children’s laughter, joy and excitement, created a warm atmosphere and made the festival night a beautiful memory for everyone who took part. Alongside the games and activities, the program was also an occasion for Youth Union members and student volunteers of the Faculty of International Languages and Culture to present meaningful gifts to the children. Although each gift was simple, it carried the care and affection of Van Hien’s youth for the community. In particular, the children’s innocent smiles and radiant eyes became a precious gift of the spirit, giving the student volunteers further motivation on their journey of spreading humanitarian values.
The festival not only brought a joyful Mid-Autumn to the children but also helped cultivate a sense of social responsibility, sharing and community service among the Youth Union members and students of the Faculty of International Languages and Culture.
